SPARTANBURG,S.C.--The79theditionoftheShrineBowloftheCarolina'sfeaturedplayerscommittedtocollegesalloverthecountryandseveralofthemmadebigplaysinSaturday's54-39victoryforNorthCarolinaoverSouthCarolina.He'sarundownofwhichschoolshadthebestdayinHubCity.

TheTigershadthreecommitsinthegame,allofwhicharerankedintheRivals250.ButitwaswidereceiverCornellPowellwhobyfaroutshinedhisfutureClemsonteammateswhileputtingup264all-purposeyards,includinga98-yardkickoffreturntouchdownanda27-yardtouchdowncatch.NylesPinckneywasadisruptiveforceforteamSouthCarolina,finishingthegamewithfivetackles,twoofwhichwereforloss.TavienFeaster,thehighestrankedofthetrio,finishedthegame55yardson14carriesandalsohadthreecatchesfor11yards,buthefumbledtwiceanddidn'tshowtheexplosivenessofatop50overallplayer.
