"I didn't take it," two star tight end Reggie Hairston said when asked about an official visit to Minnesota over the weekend. "I had basketball so I didn't take it."
"I'll visit Minnesota December 7th. And I have Indiana December 14th."

"And I like Ohio State. I guess Bowling Green is in the picture a little."
"Minnesota has offered. I'll take my visits and see what happens. If I don't like either one of them I'll walk-on at Ohio State."

Hairston, 6-foot-6 and 225 pounds, has a 40-yard dash time of 4.6 seconds. He played quarterback, tight end, and wide receiver for Columbus (Ohio) East. Hairston is being recruited as a tight end.
