TE Kuntz talks Michigan offer

Tight end Zack Kuntz is already regarded as one of he best at his position in the 2018 class. The Harrisburg (Pa.) Camp Hill star recently took a visit to Michigan and picked up an offer.

WHAT'S NEXT?: Kuntz plans on taking more visits but he isn't sure where yet. He really wants to get in touch with Notre Dame and has a lot of interest in the Fighting Irish.

IN HIS WORDS: "I went with my quarterback to Michigan who is committed there," Kuntz said. "Coach Jay Harbaugh told me I got an offer from them. I've talked to him several times on the phone before. I've always enjoyed speaking with him. Regardless of the loss he was in somewhat good spirits after the game. I talked to a few other coaches up there too. I said hello to coach Harbaugh, the head coach, and I talked to their cornerbacks coach, coach Zordich. My brother roomed with him when he was at Penn State.

"I liked the whole atmosphere in the Stadium. When you first go up to it you really don't think it will be that big but once you step into the stadium it's really cool taking it all in. I didn't have too much time to go around the campus or the facilities. I'd definitely like to go back and check it out."

RIVALS' REACTION: Penn State has a small leg up on the rest of the competition early in Kuntz's recruitment but he has very strong interest in Notre Dame. There is a long time for his recruitment to play out.
