TE enjoys WVU trip

Port Chester (N.Y.) Trinity Pauling tight end Chris Lore too his first official visit this weekend to West Virginia. If he gets good news this week, it could be his last.
"I love it, I had a great time," said the 6-foot-4, 245-pounder. "It was a great visit and a great game. I went to Pitt for an unofficial visit the day before to check them out as well. It was good to see both teams play hard."

Lore, who is waiting for his first offer, expects to hear from his WVU recruiting coach early this week.
"He said he'd call and discuss everything," he said. "If they offer me, there's a good chance I'll go there unless I see something else I like better in the meantime."
Lore has 24 catches for 411 yards and four touchdowns this season and is one of the top targets for quarterback Jay Graber, who has been linked with Penn State although the Nittany Lions haven't offered yet.
"Jay's a great quarterback and we're looking at some of the same schools," he said. "He just visited Maryland on Thursday. I am also interested in Arizona (Dec. 5 visit), Maryland, Temple, UCLA and Wisconsin. West Virginia is my favorite right now though."
