TCU is his school

He’s one of the best running backs that you’ve probably never heard of. His name is Joseph Turner of Austin (Texas) LBJ and he’s already committed to TCU. So what type of player are the Horned Frogs getting?
“I just like to win,” Turner, who is 6-foot and 205 pound, said. “I don’t care how many yards I get. I’m more of a leader when it’s game time. I go out there and show by example. I rarely come out of the game.”

Last year, Turner rushed for 1,089 yards and earned all-district honors. He is also a sprinter on the track team and when TCU offered him a chance to participate in both sports, he jumped on it.
“I loved how they’re going to let me do both track and football,” Turner said. “I’ve really wanted to go to TCU since I was younger. They had an explosive year in track and in football last year. I’m also tight with Otis McDaniel, who went there last year.”
Turner said he didn’t know what he would do if he got some calls from other programs today, but he said he’d likely tell them that he’s sticking with TCU.
“I’m still going to go there,” he said. “That’s my school.”
