Taylor staying focused

Apooka, Fla., linebacker Quentin Taylor is a prospect that is hard to get a lot of in terms of what schools could be in the lead. He has over a dozen offers and pretty much any one of them he is considering.
“I’m really open to everybody that is recruiting me right now,” Taylor said. “There are a lot of teams I’m looking at like Alabama, Ole Miss, Syracuse, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Ohio State, Mississippi State, Auburn and South Carolina.”

The 6-foot-1, 215-pound Taylor runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds, has a 275-pound bench press, a 450-pound squat and a 27-inch vertical jump.
“I have not set up any of my official visits yet,” Taylor said. “I am really concentrating on trying to lead my team deep into the playoffs. I want to wait until the season is over before I start setting up my visits.”
As a junior he rushed for 900 yards and 12 touchdowns. He collected 50 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and had three interceptions.
