Taylor back from UCLA practice

Keith Taylor was one of many top prospects who attended UCLA's spring practice on Thursday and like the others he was impressed by seeing the Bruins work out.
The 2017 cornerback from Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco has not seen his recruitment pick up drastically yet even though he has been outstanding on the 7on7 circuit but he said UCLA has started to get involved and he's excited.

Watching the practice really stood out to the Bosco standout.
"I really liked how fast-paced the practice was and how efficient they were in everything they do," Taylor said.
"The defense runs around a lot and aggressively."
UCLA, like many other programs, are just getting introduced to Taylor - a physical, fierce 6-foot-1, 175-pound four-star prospect by Rivals.com - and Thursday morning was the first time the 2017 recruit met Bruins' defensive backs coach Demetrice Martin.
That conversation went well and Martin made it clear that UCLA wants to see Taylor work out this summer and then could move forward in recruiting him. That is an important first step for the 2017 prospect.
"No offer but I finally got the chance to meet coach Martin," Taylor said.
"He told me to come to their football camp. I really like him as a coach and I think I would fit well in their system."
Despite not having any offers at this point - which is surprising based on his performance so far this offseason - Rivals.com includes Taylor in the 2017 Rivals100 To Watch list.
