Skinny Looking for a lineman that finishes the job? If so, then offensive lineman Donnie Woods, from Tampa (Fl.) Jefferson, is the man for the job. He helped lead his team to state semi-finals by racking up 32 pancake blocks.
“What makes me the lineman that I am is the ability for me to not only makes the initial block but to be able to go down field and make more blocks,” he said.
Woods, who wants to play early in college, doesn’t seem to be too worried about staying close to home.
“Distance isn’t a factor for me,” said Woods. “I’m looking for a school that has good coaching and one were I’ll be able to play as a freshman.”
Woods plans on getting noticed this summer by attending several football camps.
“I’ll be attending the Okalahoma, West Virginia, Oklahoma, and Nebraska team camps.”
Hopefully, with some luck and hard work, he’ll get even more attention from his favorite teams.
