Tallahassee FB staying patient

Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln fullback Seddrick Holloway spent most of the May evaluation period and summer flying under the radar. However, the sleeper has now awoken and has picked up two SEC offers.
"I have offers from Alabama and Kentucky right now," Holloway said. "LSU, Michigan State, North Carolina, Maryland and Georgia all send handwritten mail and have been sending me a lot of stuff, but they haven't offered yet. Florida State sends mail, but I haven't talked to the coaches in the longest."

The 5-foot-10, 235-pound Holloway runs the 40-yard dash in 4.7 seconds and plays for one of the most powerful programs in Florida.
"I honestly haven't even started thinking real hard about narrowing it down," Holloway said. "I know Alabama and Kentucky are going to be up there because they have offered. I really want to sit back and evaluate the schools more and make some visits."
During his junior campaign Holloway rushed for over 700 yards and eight touchdowns for the Trojans.
"At one point I had thought about committing real early or whatever," Holloway said. "Now I have decided to take some visits and see if any other offers presents itself. I just want to have all my options in front of me before I decide anything."
Though he did pick up two offers, Holloway did not attend any camps over the summer.
"I want to have a good chemistry with the coaches wherever I go, I want to make sure we're on the same page," Holloway said. "I would like to go to a school that has some prestige, somewhere that I can establish myself to make it to the next level. Distance from home is not going to be a factor for me at all."
