Tallahassee DB taking it easy

Tallahassee (Fla.) North Florida Christian athlete Ochuko Jenije is one of the top playmakers in Florida's Capitol city. He's picked up an impressive list of offers and it appears several schools are in good standing with the Florida star.
"My top schools right now would be Florida State, Florida, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU and Iowa State," Jenije said. "Out of those only Iowa State and Clemson have offered, but the others are recruiting me a good big and I get handwritten mail from them some. Schools like Duke, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and others that have offered are still in the mix some too."

The 5-foot-10, 177-pound Jenije attended the Tallahassee NIKE camp where he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.39 seconds, ran the shuttle in 4.37 seconds and posted a 30-inch vertical jump.
"Right now I am planning on waiting a while and taking my visits and stuff before I make a decision," Jenjie said. "That's the plan, but if I feel that I am ready to go ahead and commit before that then I will. I am just sort of taking things day by day right now."
As a junior Jenije racked up 40 tackles, three interceptions and nine pass breakups. Offensively he caught 25 passes for 375 yards and seven touchdowns.
"I want to go to a place where I can get a good education," Jenije said. "I would also like to go somewhere that I can go learn the system and help out early in my career. Distance is not really a factor to me at all."
Jenije is ranked as a three-star prospect by Rivals.com. In addition to the NIKE camp he attended camps at Florida State, Auburn and Georgia this summer.
