The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder currently holds scholarship offers from Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Indiana and Colorado State. Those schools, along with Florida (which has extended a verbal offer), make up his top five.
"I'm looking for a school that has a good education and everything," Williams said. "I'm also looking at the way the coaches are around the players."
Williams camped at South Florida earlier this year and said he is heading to Gainesville on July 21 for Florida's prospect camp.
He spoke about his timeframe for a decision.
"I am going to wait until after my senior year," he said.

Williams rushed for 1,210 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2005.
