Takes in two summer camps

Johnnie Farms is a four-star offensive line prospect and a member of the Rivals250. Farms, 6-3 and 305 pounds, is from Perry (Ga.) High School. This summer he camped at two schools, Alabama and South Carolina.
"I really like Alabama," Farms said. "I have been there three times now. I really like Kirby Smart. He's real cool. I also like (OL coach) Joe Pendry. He seems like a great coach.

"South Carolina was nice. It was my first time there. I like what they have and I like the coaches. My favorite coach is (running back coach) Robert Gillespie. He's straight up and for real. I can relate well with him. I talked with coach (Steve) Spurrier twice. He was cool. I never met before. I liked that everything is right there in downtown Columbia."
Farms plans on taking some visits this fall and the rest in December and January. He's still considering Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Auburn, Ole Miss, North Carolina, UCF, Oklahoma and others.
"I am open to everyone. I like the SEC. I also like North Carolina and I am trying to get up to Chapel Hill and see what they are all about. I have heard some great things. I also want to see Oklahoma this fall. I am going to (Orlando) Florida tomorrow and I will check out UCF. I think I may take two more visits this month but don't know yet. It looks like a January decision because I want to take all of my visits"
