Tackling Machine getting more attention

Linebacker Tom Busch made a visit recently to the campus at Iowa and it has turned out that the Iowa staff liked what they saw.
"Coach Philbin (Iowa) visited Park High School to talk with Tom's coach," Tom's father said. "He later offered Tom a full scholarship."

"They came by the school yesterday," Tom Busch said, "and they (Iowa) offered me."
The 6-foot-0, 233 pound linebacker from Cottage Grove, Minn. now has offers from Iowa and his home state, Minnesota.
They both appear to be even at the top right now.
"I'm really interested in both schools. I liked both campuses and their overall programs."
It might not end with those two offers.
"Stanford sounded really positive," Tom Busch said about what he was told by his high school coach on the Stanford coach's visit.
Last year as a junior, he had 150 tackles in nine games, which works out to be almost 17 tackles a game.
Besides the 150 tackles, he had four sacks, 20 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, two pass knockdowns and he blocked an extra point attempt and a punt.
