Jack Tabb had been hoping to make it out to Arkansas before the end of the summer for quite some time, and because Red Bank (N.J.) Catholic starts their school year and season so late it seemed like a serious possibility that he might make it out there.
However, it appears as though Tabb will not be visiting Arkansas any time soon.
That doesn't mean the 6-foot-4, 230-pound tight end won't be making it out to the SEC school. In fact, he's still hoping to see what the Razorbacks have to offer. He just doesn't know when it will be. He wasn't able to get to the school over the summer so if he gets out to Arkansas it will probably be for an official visit sometime in the fall or later.
"No, I didn't [visit Arkansas] yet," Tabb said on Tuesday evening. "I'm hoping to get out there for a game or something."
Those plans are far from etched in stone and Tabb said he isn't sure which other schools he would like to visit in the fall, either unofficially or for official visits.
Tabb did say that he is hoping to take all five of his official visits before he makes his decision and he has not narrowed his list yet.
The Red Bank prospect is ranked the No. 32 tight end in the nation by Rivals.com, as well as the No. 16 overall senior in the state of New Jersey.
He holds offers from the likes of Florida, Arkansas, Boston College, Iowa, Michigan, Pitt, Rutgers, Virginia and a host of others.
