Switzer ready to make the rounds
Indianapolis (Ind.) Lawrence North offensive lineman Mike Switzer says he is wide open regarding potential colleges and is looking forward to seeing a number of schools over the next few weeks.
"I'm going to Notre Dame's camp Saturday," Switzer said. "I'm going to Ball State June 8, Cincinnati June 11, Purdue June 14, Indiana June 18, and I think Illinois June 23.

"I'm considering anyone that is interested in me. Miami of Ohio, Northern Illinois, and Eastern Michigan are three more."
Switzer has talked to recruiters from a number of the schoole he mentioned.
"I've got calls from Purdue, Indiana, Illinois, Miami of Ohio, and Eastern Michigan," he said. "That's some of them."
When asked if he has a favorite school, Switzer said, "All the schools are even right now. I'm just thankfull they are interested in me."
The 6-foot-5 and 275-pound Switzer has played both offensive tackle and center since his sophomore year. He also is a fine long snapper. Switzer is projected as a tackle in college.
