Surprise offer interests Robinson
Klein (Texas) Oak athlete Terrence Robinson thought he had the recruiting process licked. He was down to Wake Forest and Boston College last week, before one major BCS school surprised him with an offer.
"I got a call from Michigan (Friday) and they offered me," he said.

"I was kind of shocked really, but I'm excited about it."
Robinson visited Wake Forest in December, and has an official visit set up to Boston College next weekend. He plans on making room for a trip to Ann Arbor.
"I'm supposed to re-take my SAT at the end of January, but I'm going to talk with my parents about rescheduling and visiting Michigan that weekend," he said. "They don't have an inside receiver yet and they want me to play that position. They might give me a shot at running back. I really like their spread offense."
Robinson had a great senior season at quarterback, leading his team to the state playoffs. He rushed for 2,106 yards and 25 touchdowns.
"Tell (Terrelle) Pryor that I want to play with him at Michigan," he said.
