Sophomore to Watch: Jamario O'Neal

Position: Defensive back and wide receiver
Size and speed: O'Neal is 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.4 seconds.
Statistics: O'Neal has been a varsity starter since his freshman season when he played cornerback. During his sophomore season O'Neal played safety, wide receiver, and tailback. O'Neal caught 16 passes.
Honors: 2nd team all-Ohio
Favorite Schools: Committed to Ohio State.
Skinny: O'Neal is the top sophomore prospect in the state of Ohio. He is a dynamic performer on both sides of the ball. O'Neal ran a 10.7 100 meters in track as a freshman.
"Jamario committed to Ohio State at their junior day yesterday," Mansfield Senior head coach Stan Jefferson said.
"The family feels very good about the program and coach Tressel. The question was asked if this is something they want to be part of and the answer was yes."
