Summer offers come for Lair

"I've got offers from Oklahoma, Fresno State, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa State," Lair said. "They're verbal offers right now. Most of them said that the offers are on the way. Oklahoma is kind of up in the air. They don't really know yet. They're looking at me for receiver or tight end. They said that they would say if I got there."
Lair impressed at the Houston NIKE Combine several weeks ago running a 4.49-second 40-yard dash. Next up for Lair in terms of travel plans is the Baylor camp this weekend.
He says that three schools are showing the most attention.
"The strongest recruits are from Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State," Lair said. "They have just been showing me the most interest. I don't have any favorites right now though."
Lair says he doesn't have any other visit plans scheduled at this time. Participating with his teammates in 7-on-7 competition has taken up a lot of his time.
"We're playing twice a week," Lair said. "That's taken up a lot of my time. We're doing pretty good right now though."
