Sullivan makes a switch

Brenham, Texas cornerback Shawn Sullivan had been committed to TCU for sometime, but a few weeks ago, the talented corner decided that he had a change of heart.
The 5-foot-11, 178-pounder decommitted from TCU "three weeks ago" according to Sullivan and last night made another commitment to a Big 12 program. It appears Sullivan is done with his recruitment now.

"I committed to Nebraska," Sullivan said. "I did it last night sometime. I just felt like it was the right decision for me and Nebraska is a good place. I haven't been out of the state too much, but I thought it was a good program. I watch them on television all the time."
Sullivan also held offers from Oklahoma State and Kansas. However Sullivan says that even though he liked TCU, he wanted to explore his options.
"TCU is a great school and I want everyone to know that," Sullivan said. "I just had formed a good relationship with coach Shawn Watson at Nebraska and he's a good guy. That was part of the reason."
Sullivan says he'd like to play as soon as possible but says that he'll see what happens when he get sto campus first.
As for he and his teammates at Brenham heading to the same school, Sullivan's commitment has changed all that.
"Jarrett Lee is committed to LSU, Brandon Collins is committed to Texas, and now I'm committed to Nebraska," he said. "Everything has changed on that. We've all talked to Justin Daniels about what he's going to do, but he's still not sure yet."
