Strizak targeting summer visits

Mike Strizak is without question one of the top linebackers in New Jersey and he has received nearly a dozen verbal scholarship offers.
Recently Strizak took a trip to Maryland and just last week he was at Rutgers.

While the 6-foot-2, 228-pound prospect from Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco isn't claiming any favorites, he's probably more familiar with Rutgers than any of the other schools recruiting him.
This was his fourth visit with the Scarlet Knights, so it's clear Rutgers will be in the hunt right up until the time when Strizak makes his choice.
"I was at Rutgers last weekend for a practice," he recalled. "I'm pretty comfortable there, at least with the coaches. There's more for me to see, like what the culture is like and what they believe in."
Rutgers will have some serious competition going forward, of course.
Strizak doesn't have a timetable for when he wants to make his decision and it appears as though he's content to wait things out while he does a lot more research on the schools he has been hearing from.
"I'm going to try to head down UNC, Boston College and Miami," Strizak said. "Those visits will probably be this summer."
