Stove to return to Auburn

The next visit on Elijah Stove's travel schedule will be to a familiar destination. The Rivals100 wide receiver has been to Auburn on a handful of occasions already. On May 30, he'll return once again.
The trip from his Niceville, Fla., home to the Tigers' campus is already becoming routine, and that's just fine by Stove.

"I've been to Auburn a whole bunch of times," Stove said on Tuesday. "It's a good environment, I love the coaches and it's a good place to play football."
But while Stove is certainly interested in Auburn, the Tigers aren't alone at the front of his recruitment. At least for now, Gus Malzahn's program has company on that front.
"There are other teams up there, too," Stove said. "Florida and probably Alabama."
Stove, who says Auburn is recruiting him the hardest, hopes to visit Florida Florida State and possibly Texas later in the summer. He is also mulling setting a decision date, which could come sooner rather than later.
"I don't know for sure yet, but I'll probably end up doing it soon," Stove said. "I'm not for sure when, but probably before the season I'd say."
So while he doesn't have much time left to browse before he makes a verbal commitment, Stove has certain things that interest him. The four-star prospect has prepared a checklist of sorts and knows exactly what he's looking for in a college program.
"First off, how the coaches feel about how I play," Stove said. "I look at the formations to see how I fit in the program. And playing early, I'm trying to play early wherever I go."
