Stovall sees recruitment stay busy

Melquise Stovall has missed two of UCLA's biggest home games this season - Arizona and Oregon - but the 2016 running back has been to others and has talked a lot with the coaching staff.
The Bruins haven't offered the four-star running back from Lancaster (Calif.) Paraclete yet but Stovall thinks UCLA is definitely interested as his junior season continues.

"I was trying to make it to that game but it was short notice," Stovall said of last weekend's victory over Arizona.
"They've been talking to me and I've been talking to coach (DeShaun) Foster a lot. I want to say it seems like they like me because I've been to every home game except for that one and Oregon. I signed up for the tickets too late."
Stovall, a speedy and elusive 5-foot-9, 180-pound running back, said he loves the atmosphere at the Rose Bowl and he's hopeful UCLA could offer in the coming months. The four-star recruit said he could definitely see himself in the Bruins' offense.
"The game atmosphere is pretty cool so I like that," Stovall said. "The team is pretty good, I like the quarterback and the run game is pretty good and I've been building a pretty good relationship with coach Foster so far. Everything has been pretty good and I think they like me."
So far, the Lancaster Paraclete recruit has been offered by Boise State, San Diego State and Washington. Many other programs have reached out through his junior season which means more offers could be on the way soon.
"I've been getting a lot of mail from Arizona, I've been talking to coach (Chip)Llong at ASU, Cal has been showing me some interest and I've been talking to coach (Pierre) Ingram a lot," Stovall said.
"Northwestern is supposed to be at my game this weekend, Oregon has reached out and I got some mail from Florida State."
