Stovall lands more big offers

Melquise Stovall just de-committed from USC a couple weeks ago and already two more offers have come in and others could be on the way.
The four-star all-purpose back from Lancaster (Calif.) Paraclete landed offers from Arizona and North Carolina and Stovall said while he's still planning out his official visit schedule those two new programs should get trips.

Stovall has not finalized any dates yet but he's working on it as his senior season approaches.
"I'm still trying to get down to Notre Dame," Stovall said.
"I'm getting down to North Carolina. I just got a new offer from them. I just got a new offer from Arizona and I'll get down there. It looks like I'll also visit Cal and Oregon State and maybe Utah. I'm still trying to figure out what best fits my schedule."
Stovall, rated as the second-best all-purpose back and the No. 134 prospect in the 2016 class by Rivals.com, has said he backed off his USC pledge because the Trojans envisioned him as a running back.
He prefers playing slot receiver or at least catching passes out of the backfield so he is considering all programs again.
Now that he's back on the market, Stovall said his recruitment has picked back up in a major way.
"Getting two offers within a few days after I de-committed, it's definitely opened things up a little more for me," Stovall said.
"I'm still trying to work on my visits. The only one that could be set is Cal but I'm not sure yet on that one."
The four-star said he remains open to all teams and especially hopes to hear from Oregon and Texas A&M because he believes he'd fit well in those offenses.
