Stovall could take Pac-12 trip

Melquise Stovall is having another big season and the 2016 four-star running back is starting to hear from plenty of big-time programs.
"I've been hearing from ASU, Cal, Washington State, Oregon has been sending me a little mail, Northwestern, Boston College and a few other schools," Stovall said.

The Lancaster (Calif.) Paraclete standout who has about 700 all-purpose yards and about 15 touchdowns so far this season said a lot of those programs are mainly sending recruiting mail but that Arizona State seems to be showing the most interest at this point.
So far, the 5-foot-9, 180-pound standout has been offered by Washington, Boise State and San Diego State.
"Pretty much they really can't talk to me because they're really busy with their season but they've been sending a lot of mail," Stovall said. "I've been in a lot of contact with ASU though."
Some more unofficial visits could be coming up for Stovall, who finished with 2,785 all-purpose yards and 43 total touchdowns in his sophomore season. Rivals.com rates him as the No. 14 running back and the No. 194 prospect in the 2016 class.
Stovall has already been to UCLA a couple times this season for games and he hopes to make another Pac-12 trip soon.
"I'm trying to get to Washington for November 8 for the UCLA game," Stovall said. "I'm also trying to get recruited as an athlete by them.
"(UCLA) said they're interested but they're just waiting. I think they could offer by the end of the season."
