Stoltenberg no longer a sleeper

One of the breakout stars from the Rivals Camp Series presented by Under Armour in St. Louis was Gretna, Neb., defensive end Mick Stoltenberg. In the weeks since, the 6-foot-5, 250-pound Stoltenberg has seen college interest take off.
A total of eight schools have extended offers to Stoltenberg this spring, but the three-star prospect is still waiting on his first BCS offer. That could come after his appearance at four planned summer camps in the next two months.

"The four I am going to are Iowa State, Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas State," Stoltenberg reported. "Iowa is interested and I have been talking to their defensive line coach. One of [the Kansas State] coaches came to our school and I went and met him. I have been Facebooking one of their coaches, and that's who I am talking to about the camp."
Stoltenberg will start his camp tour this weekend at Iowa State. He then will take part in Nebraska's camp on June 10-12. The Cornhuskers were not involved early in his recruitment, but have picked up their interest in recent weeks.
"I have been talking to Nebraska and they came to our school again," Stoltenberg said. "It's been picking up a lot more than where it was. They see me as being pretty versatile, so I will be playing both offense and defense at the camps."
The two positions Stoltenberg expects to work at for Nebraska will be defensive end and offensive tackle.
He will follow up the Iowa State and Nebraska camps with stops at Iowa in mid-June and Kansas State in July.
