Rivals250 safety Nick Moody out of Philadelphia (Pa.) Roman Catholic is getting a lot of interest. Up to this point though, the 6-foot-2, 210-pounder still is without an offer.
"A lot of schools are in contact with me, but nobody is offering," he stated. "Mickey Andrews said an offer would possibly come based on my performance at their summer camp. I think a lot of other schools are like that.
"I'm also hearing from Minnesota, Boston College, Virginia, Maryland, Clemson and Michigan. I'd say right now Florida State and Miami are definitely my favorites. I've always liked them and the fact they put players into the NFL. I've been to Florida State and liked the trip, while I like Miami's swagger."
In the near future, the 2008 safety plans to take a few visits.
"I know in April I'm trying to make it down to Florida," he said. "I'm also planning to participate in the Elite College Combine and Nike Camp in Baltimore. I'm looking at summer camps to Florida State, Florida, Ohio State and possibly Virginia."
Moody posted 65 tackles, four sacks, five deflections and three forced fumbles as a junior.
