Farmington Hills (Mich.) Harrison wide receiver Sidney Stewart and his team are off to a good start this season. Harrison has won three of four games with Stewart playing wide receiver, tailback, a little quarterback, and safety and cornerback on the other side of the ball.
The 6-foot-0 and 165-pound Stewart has close to 20 receptions and two touchdowns.
"I'm being recruited as a wide receiver or cornerback," Stewart said.
"I like Michigan State, I like Northwestern, and Iowa just called. There are others, but those are my top ones right now.
"I have two MAC offers, Central Michigan and Ball State.
"We just sent out highlight tapes from my first three games. I think some more offers will come in. We sent tapes to about ten schools. Iowa, Michigan State, and Northwestern are three of them. Michigan is another, and Notre Dame, and Wisconsin.
"I went to the Michigan-Northern Illinois game. I'm going to the Michigan State-Michigan game. I'll probably go to a Northwestern game."
