State of Florida all over 2016 TE

Tight end Mark Birmingham is on a bit of a roll since the Rivals250 Underclassmen Challenge presented by Under Armour. Florida and Miami offered the 2016 stand out from Ashburn (Va.) Briar Woods last week and he visited another Florida school this week.
"I just went to Florida State last week," said the 6-foot-3, 233-pound Birmingham. "I know they just won the championship and that's a huge deal. I talk most with coach Sal. It was a great visit. We saw the campus and talked to coach Sal and coach Fisher a lot.

"My coach told me to call coach Scott at Miami and he gave me the info," he said. "We talked about my abilities and where I fit in the offense. It's always good to hear that you have a good opportunity to fit into someone's offense.
"I'm going to Florida on Thursday," Birmingham said. "I love the Florida offer. It's a school I've always thought of. I knew when Florida State came in I wanted that Florida offer. Then Miami offered and I knew I wanted it all that much more. I'm really excited to see them."
Duke is one of Birmingham's recent offers and he visited Stanford and Notre Dame not too long ago but there aren't any schools separating themselves from the pack yet.
"Right now I think it's a little too early to tell which ones I really like," he said. "I try to do my best to keep in touch with all the schools that have offered me."
Birmingham would like to be committed before his senior year.
