"To be as honest as I can, Penn State leads. But I'm not counting anyone out."
"I have 22 written offers and a lot more verbal."
"Penn State, Pitt, Syracuse, Ohio State, Michigan State, Iowa, Indiana, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, North Carolina State, those are some of my offers."
"Ohio State is not far behind Penn State. They're very high on my list."
The 6-foot-5 and 245 pounder from Beaver (Pa.) Area caught 15 passes and made 68 tackles during his junior season. Nicol led his team to a 10-2 record.
