Star Ohio DE has leader

"I went to Ohio State's senior camp," defensive lineman Ray Edwards said. "I liked it a lot. And I have friends up there too so I had a lot of fun."
"And I went to Purdue's camp. Those were the only two camps I made it to."

"I'm looking at Ohio State, Purdue, Penn State, Northwestern, those four. And Tennessee would be my fifth one."
"All of them except Tennessee have offered me."
"I like Ohio State best. I've been up there so much. I have a good feel for everything. I like the coaches."
"I'll probably decide by mid-season, maybe before that. Penn State is second right now."
Edwards, a 6-foot-6 and 235 pound linebacker and offensive guard at Cincinnati (Ohio) Woodward, will be a defensive end in college. Edwards has a 3.8 GPA and scored a 16 on the ACT.
Edwards made 105 tackles including 12 sacks during his junior season. He also intercepted three passes.
