Stankiewitch up to two offers

Schuylkill Haven (Pa.) Blue Mountain offensive tackle Matt Stankiewitch has taken two unofficial visits. The two trips have resulted in offers for the 6-foot-4, 288-pounder according to his head coach Chuck Kutz.
"He's only been on two visits to West Virginia and Connecticut and they offered him," he said. "He's planning to head to Syracuse this weekend and is also hearing from Pittsburgh and Vanderbilt a lot. Everybody likes his film.

"He hasn't talked about any schools yet. We'll see what transpires in the future."
Obviously the Keystone State lineman has good size, but what else makes him stand out?
"Matt is a real hard worker in the weight room, very strong and is a good base blocker," he said. "The most impressive thing about him though is that he has good footwork and can get to the next level. He gets that second block.
"He's a player that loves the game of football and his goal is to be a Division I player. He's also a hard worker in the classroom and 25th in his class. He comes from a very strong family and is just a super kid. He's honest, trustworthy and is everything you want in a person on the football field. He'll be a key for us in the upcoming year."
