Stanford add legacy

When Stanford truly wants a player and that player is accepted in to the school, the Cardinal are one of the toughest schools to recruit against. For Bowen McNally, there was no question where he would be going as long as he was cleared though admissions and that happened this past weekend.
McNally, 6-0, 195 pounds is a very athletic player who earned all-state honors a year ago at quarterback but will likely play safety for the Cardinal.

"I visited Stanford earlier this month but I've been there a lot of before," McNally said. "Both of my parents went to Stanford and it's the school I've always wanted to go to. It's an amazing place and I love the campus and everything about the school.
"This past Sunday, I was cleared through by the admissions and basically committed on the spot. I never wanted to anywhere else so I was very excited when I got the news."
At the NorCal Nike Camp, McNally clocked a 4.71 in the 40, 4.31 in the shuttle, and jumped 28 inches in the vertical.
