Standout QB gets another offer

The state of Utah is home to one of the fastest rising prospects in the nation. Michael Affleck (6-3, 235, 4.7) from Provo (Utah) Timpview is name and being a strong armed quarterback is his game.
Affleck made the most of his chances to throw as a junior when he completed 105 passes out of 195 tries, hitting on 54% of his attempts for 2,090 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Affleck has made a name for himself after impressing everyone in attendance at every camp he’s attended this spring and summer.
Believe it or not, Affleck was among the top four bench pressers at the Nike camp held at Colorado. He lifted 185 pounds, 26 times. Those are good numbers for anyone but they are extraordinary for a quarterback.
He benches 340 pounds, squats 450 and recorded a 27 ½-inch vertical jump.
Affleck has a great work ethic and is not afraid of the weight room or going to camps if it will help him improve his game. He has already attended camps at USC, Utah, ASU and Arizona. Affleck just came back from the very prestigious Elite 11 quarterback. This camp brought together 11 of the finest signal-callers in the nation to hone their skills compete with and fellowship with the best the nation has to offer.
Affleck has an offer from CU and he will head to Colorado for CU’s Elite camp that will be held on August 3rd.
The Arizona Sun Devils have also thrown their hat into the ring and have offered the strong armed QB from Utah.
The word is USC is also very interested in Affleck and the Trojans may soon offer. Affleck moved way up on Troy’s list and if SC’s #1 QB target Kyle Wright commits to Miami or Texas, look for USC to offer and more than likely Affleck will say yes.
Affleck’s current top five are USC, Colorado (offer), Utah (pending offer), ASU (offer) and Arizona.
Stay tuned…
