Standout LB back from Cal

Linebacker Brett Martin (6-1, 220, 4.6) from Corona (Calif.) Centennial had an outstanding senior season and because of that he has been the recipient of eight solid offers.
Martin was dominating racking up 158 tackles and four sacks. Martin has five trips set and has already taken two.
Martin returned from a trip to Cal this weekend (December 20th) and he, like just about everyone who has visited Cal under Tedford, came away impressed with the direction the program is going. Martin was particularly impressed with the Cal coaching staff.

The week before found Martin on the Colorado State campus and like Cal, he came away enjoying his visit to the Fort Collins campus. Martin also liked the Rams coaching staff a lot.
Martin has two visits set for January one to San Diego State on January 3rd and the Arizona on January 10th or January 17th.
Utah is line to take the last visit and that trip will be scheduled on the on either the 10th or 17th whichever date Arizona takes most likely Utah will take the one leftover.
Martin also has offers from Boise State, Hawaii, New Mexico and Kansas.
Cal and Colorado State are running neck and neck for his services with Arizona also in the hunt.
UCLA started to call him before the coaching change and he would consider the Bruins but he hasn’t been contacted since the coaching change.
