Darvon Hubbard established himself as a top 2020 running back in Ohio and now that he’s moved to Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral his reputation has only grown.
The 6-foot, 193-pound standout has been receiving a bunch of new interest through his sophomore season and more offers could definitely be on the way.
“I have been hearing from Washington, ASU, Notre Dame, USC, Oregon and Purdue,” Hubbard said.
So far, the 2020 recruit has landed offers from Bowling Green, Kentucky, Minnesota and Toledo.
With a move out West, so many Pac-12 programs have started to get involved and Hubbard said he would like to take at least one visit to a conference powerhouse soon.
“As of right now, I want to try and get up to Washington to visit and a lot of (Pac-12 schools) have been showing interest in me,” Hubbard said.
In his sophomore season, the Scottsdale Chaparral standout had 69 carries for 503 yards and seven touchdowns.
He is now the teammate of standout 2020 quarterback Jack Miller, who has already landed offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Florida State, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Ohio State, Texas A&M and UCLA.
Hubbard said this early in his recruitment he has no favorites.
