Davis, a 6-foot, 170-pound star for St. Petersburg, visited Florida State this past weekend and committed to Bobby Bowden on Monday. Davis is ranked as the 2nd-best athlete in the country by Rivals and will sign his letter either Wednesday or a few days after. Davis chose the Seminoles over South Florida, Boston College and Florida. He'll be a wide receiver at Florida State and has often been compared to ex-Seminole star Peter Warrick.
Ross, a 6-foot, 185-pound safety, decided to head west and committed to Southern Cal on Monday. Ross chose USC over South Florida, Boston College and others. Ross will sign his letter on Wednesday.
