St. Louis (Mo.) Normandy running back Laurence Maroney has one more visit left then he'll announce his choice.
"I have a Jan. 10 trip to Missouri," the 5-foot-11, 200-pound Maroney said. "That is going to be my last trip. I've already been to Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin."
The other three schools give a Big 10 slant to Maroney's tastes.

"I really like the Big 10. There is no doubt about that. But that is not to take anything away from Missouri's chances. They are right in there. They have a good chance."
Maroney, the No. 18 running back in the country, hopes to have a decision just a few days after returning from Columbia.
"I'll sit down and look at the pros and the cons of all of the schools when I get back next Sunday. Then I'll have a decision a few days later."
