St. Louis (Mo.) Lafayette quarterback Taylor Bennett took his first official visit last weekend.

The entire town of Boise showed Bennett how important the football program is to the city.
“The whole town shuts town for football,” he said. “Everyone was at the game. The team played really well. It was the biggest blowout I’ve ever seen. The final score was 77-14.”
The offense run certainly caught the eye of Bennett.
The quarterback threw for 495 yards and six touchdowns,” he said. “That is the kind of offense I’d like to be in.”
Bennett will take his second official visit next weekend.
“I’m going to Georgia Tech next weekend,” he said. “Recruiting is important, but I’m still trying to focus on my season.”
