Junior to Watch: Patrick Fuller

Position: Running Back
Size and Speed: Fuller is 6-foot-1 and 200. He has been timed in the 40 at 4.45 seconds. He is also is a standout in track. Fuller competes in basketball and track. He runs the 4x100, 100, 200 and participates in the long jump.
Honors: Fuller was a first-team all-league selection in football, basketball and track for his junior season performance.
Statistics: Fuller rushed for 1,006 yards in ten games while averaging 6.9 yards per carry. He also had 11 rushing touchdowns as a junior. He also averages 19 points per game playing at the one or two guard. “Patrick could also get a D-I scholarship in hoops,” Charter Oak head coach Lou Farrar said.
Favorite Colleges: “Colorado really loves Fuller,” Farrar said. “Colorado sends Patrick three letters a day.” Colorado State, UNLV, Boise State, Montana and Idaho are also already showing interest the talented running back from Charter Oak high.
Skinny: As has been mentioned already Fuller is a great all-around athlete who excels in football, basketball and track. He is a football player with track guy speed.
Fuller has great sprinter’s speed. He is also a standout punt and kick returner. He brought one kick back 90 yards for touchdown as a junior.
“Patrick is a legitimate threat to score every time he touches the ball,” Fuller said. “He is very explosive.”
“We call him play station Pat,” Farrar said. “He’s that guy that when you push the button has that quick burst of speed.”
“Pat passes the look test,” Farrar said.
