Spartans, Wisco offer Jersey QB

Offers are beginning to roll in for one of the top quarterbacks in New Jersey. Mike Teel of Wykoff (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep will be a highly recruited signal-caller as he gets ready to lead what should be one of the top-ranked high school football teams in the nation this year.
"Michigan State and Wisconsin were both at my school this week and both schools offered me. They told me that they will be sending me the offers in a letter within a few days."

That makes three offers to date (Rutgers is the third) for the 6-foot-4, 208-pounder.
"It's really exciting for me right now. I was a little confused about why I hadn’t gotten many offers before this week although I was told that I would have plenty. I can see it's really picking up now."
Because of Mike's recent offers, his top schools have changed a bit. His leaders are now Rutgers, Virginia, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Ohio State, Maryland and Penn State.
"I think a school that offers early is showing you that they really want you, that's important to me. I want to play at a school that shows me that I'm their guy."
Teel should soon find out that he's at the top of the list for plenty more schools, especially with a good performance at this weekend's NIKE Camp.
“I’m looking forward to showing the schools my stuff.”
