Sparkman favors Illinois and Minnesota
"I have an official visit to Illinois Dec. 12," offensive lineman Tony Sparkman said. "That's the only one I've got so far."
"Illinois and Minnesota, those are my top two. And Wisconsin also. It's those three."

"Illinois offered me. I'm leaning towards Illinois, but I'll wait till after the season to decide."
"I've been to some Minnesota games. I haven't been to Illinois or Wisconsin for games, but when Wisconsin comes to play the Gophers I'll go to that game."
The 6-foot-4 and 285 pound Sparkman, from Plymouth (Minn.) Wayzata, N.J., is having a fine season at offensive left tackle. He played for Chicago (Ill.) Hubbard his sophomore season before moving to the state of Minnesota.
