Ron Williams has been high on the Golden Knights since attending their football camp in June.
Williams, one of the top players in Palm Beach County, is coming off a junior season where he was named second team All-State after rushing for more than 2,000 yards and scoring 29 touchdowns.
"I was also looking at Ohio State, UF, and Miami," Williams said. "I had one other offer from Rutgers."
Ron Williams is a big back who measures in at 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds and can run the forty-yard dash in 4.4 seconds. He is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com. American Heritage competes in Class A and they open up the 2002 football season with Moore Haven High School on September 6th.
UCF also has a commitment from Winter Springs (Fla.) wide receiver Chris Narsesian.
