South Carolina WR has visits planned

Three-star Boiling Springs (S.C.) wide receiver Brooks Foster has one official visit in the books and is in the process of setting up his other four.
Foster (6-3, 180, 4.5) visited Kentucky in September and put the Wildcats atop his list of schools, but says he’ll have to take some more visits before he’s ready to announce his decision.

“I’m going to Maryland and Wake Forest in December and Clemson and North Carolina in January,” he said. “I don’t know the exact dates, but those are probably going to be the other four. I may also take an unofficial to South Carolina since it’s close.
“They’re all pushing for me real hard right now, so my decision isn’t getting any easier. They all say I can play basketball, too, which was a big thing for me. Since they all seem OK with that, it will be a matter of some other things, like how I fit in to their offense and the school in general. I’ll be comparing them to Kentucky because I liked them a whole lot.”
Foster’s Boiling Springs squad has struggled to a 1-8 mark this season, but that hasn’t stopped him from having a solid senior campaign. He’s caught 35 passes for 700 yards and six touchdowns. He’s also returned two kickoff for TDs.
As a junior, he had 35 catches for 500 yards and eight touchdowns.
He maintains a 3.7 GPA and recently took his ACT for the first time. He’s projected as a sure qualifier.
