South Carolina Lands Top RB
Dacula, Ga. running back Kenny Irons, a member of our SE Top 100, has orally committed to South Carolina.
"It's a done deal," said his brother, David, who plays for Auburn. "He really liked South Carolina and he went there yesterday and committed. He's still there and he'll be home today."

Irons, a 5-11, 190-pound tailback with 4.5-second speed in the 40-yard dash, favored USC over Auburn, Georgia, Michigan and many others. He had over 20 offers.
Kenny is the latest in the Irons family to head off to Division One football. His brother, as mentioned before, is a running back for Auburn and his cousins played for Florida State and Michigan.
