Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit sophomore linebacker Vincent Jackson reports that he has landed his second offer.
"Notre Dame offered me," Jackson said. "I have talked to the receivers coach (Tony Alford) before but I just found out I had the offer from my coach."

The Fighting Irish join South Florida in offering the 6-foot-2, 220-pound outside linebacker. He says receiving an offer from a school with the history and tradition of Notre Dame makes him want to just work harder on the field.
"It is great for me," Jackson said. "I don't feel I am at that top level yet, because I haven't been doing the things that I should be doing and just to have an offer like that it shows me that people believe I can be a special kind of player and I just have to continue to work towards that."
The Central Florida prospect believes more offers are on the way and shared a few schools he believes are keeping an eye on him.
"I am thinking probably Wisconsin or Michigan State, maybe Kansas," Jackson said.
During November, Jackson plans to make his way onto a pair of college campuses for games.
"I am looking forward to the USF-Miami game, Miami is supposed to come by the school that week," Jackson said. "I am also going to try to go to Florida-Florida State at the end of the year."
Jackson has five sacks on the season.
