SoCal safety up to three offers

Hard-hitting strong safety Ryan McFoy (6-2, 190, 4.5) from Chino, Calif., has already collected three offers with the likelihood of more to come.
McFoy was an all-league selection after racking up more than 100 tackles, four caused fumbles and one pick.

The offers are from Arizona State, Boise State and Colorado State. He has heard from most of the Pac 10 but USC, UCLA, Oregon, Oregon State and Cal are solidly recruiting McFoy.
A hard worker, McFoy attended the B2G Elite and USC camps. He was all set to go to Arizona State's camp but elected to stay home and get ready for his senior season.
"The USC camp was fun," McFoy said. "But the B2G Camp really prepared me for the USC Camp."
"I learned a lot of footwork and football knowledge at the B2G camp," McFoy said. "Because of what I learned at B2G, I was pretty dominant at the USC camp."
McFoy comes from good football stock. His older brother, Chris McFoy, could end up starting as a wide receiver for the National Champion USC Trojans this fall for his senior season.
Though McFoy has strong USC ties even if he gets an offer he claims all colleges are even.
"I am looking to go to a college where the players and coaches have a good relationship with each other," McFoy said. "Academics will also play an important role in my decision. The odds of going to the pros are slight, so a good education is a must."
The scouting report on McFoy is he's very football fast and has an excellent knowledge of the game. He's a lethal hitter and he reads the quarterback to get a jump like a veteran. He also has an excellent nose for the football.
McFoy currently benches 290, cleans 265 and his best recorded vertical is 34-inches.
