Middleton accounted for 67 tackles and seven sacks in 2005. He is a hard worker and he's relentless on and off the field.
In the weight room his current bench is 355, he squats 465 and his power cleans 265.
Middleton worked on improving his football skills at both the UCLA and USC camps this summer.
"I learned fundamentals that I will be able to use this fall," Middleton said. "I also learned better drills that will help me get in better shape.
What is Middleton looking for in a school?
"The most important consideration will be academics and then the athletic program," Middleton said. "I want to attend a school with a strong business department. I want to major in business.
"Location won't be a problem if all the other things are there."
During the spring Middleton received phone calls from UNLV, Wyoming, and Oregon.
Oregon State, Washington and Washington State came by the schools this past spring to check Middleton out.
Middleton is another one of those guys who will be getting watched very closely in the early portion of the season.
