The talented running back has decided what school he will attend.
"Arthur has officially committed to Washington State," Centennial coach Matt Logan said. "I think he is excited about playing in the Pac 10."
"Arthur is excited about Washington State's coaches, he's excited about the school, the environment and everything about the Cougar program."
The Cougars are getting an outstanding back who can run for power and has the speed to break the long one. He also a good set of hands and could be a threat out of the backfield.
As a senior, Burns has rushed for 1,674 yards and 27 touchdowns with a long of 50 yards. As a junior, Burns rushed for 511 yards and scored 10 touchdowns in his backup roll to Arizona State freshman running back Ryan Bass.
Burns chose Washington State over offers from Colorado State, San Diego State, UNLV and Wyoming.
