SMU picks up in-state WR
Waxahachie, Texas wide receiver Aldrick Robinson took an official visit this past weekend and came home with a commitment on his mind.
The 5-foot-10, 168-pounder, who held scholarship offers from SMU, Louisiana-Monroe, and Kansas, took a visit to the school closest to home this past weekend by visiting the campus of SMU in Dallas. It didn't take him long to decide.

"I took a visit this past weekend and then I committed yesterday," Robinson said about SMU. "They were the closest to home and they told me I had a chance to play early.
"I'm being recruited as a wide receiver."
Robinson said that though he hadn't taken other official visits yet, he's firm on his decision to the Mustangs.
"I'm with SMU and that's where I'm going," Robinson said. "I just liked the people there and the coaching staff. They were good people."
