Smith prepares for Midwest tour

Jordan Smith already has a few offers but he's hoping that offer list is a lot bigger by the time he's done with an upcoming Midwest tour.
Smith and some other prospects from the Mid-Atlantic region will be visiting several Big Ten schools in the weeks ahead.

The 6-foot, 180-pound corner from Washington (D.C.) Woodson already has offers from Colorado and Kansas. He just wants to add to that list.
"I'm planning on going on another college camp tour," Smith said this week. "We're going up to Ohio State, Michigan and Michigan State.
"I'm also going to take an unofficial (visit) to Illinois just to tour the campus and check out everything. I want to try to get up there for a camp as well."
While the Buffs and Jayhawks have offered Smith said he doesn't have any favorites.
"I'm just taking it all in," he explained. "I'm getting ready for all these visits and I'll see what every school has to offer. Then I'll come back home and weigh my decision."
Smith hopes to make his decision in July or early August. He wants to get his choice out of the way because his plan is to graduate in December and enroll in college in January.
